We're delighted to continue our longstanding reception in conjunction with the ACS National Meeting in San Diego!

Enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvores and beverages at the popular venue — www.thegaslamplighter.com — near the San Diego Convention Center in the Gaslamp Quarter, a historical neighborhood in downtown San Diego where the Gaslamplighter opened over a year ago.

As in the past, this event is open to all Chemistry at Illinois alumni and friends in the San Diego area, not just those who are attending ACS – as well as to our current faculty, students, and other researchers.

Brief remarks will be given by Department Head Professor Catherine J. Murphy, Larry R. Faulkner Endowed Chair, at approximately 6:00 PM.
