Join us for a festive reception to celebrate three new books published this fall! The authors will each offer brief remarks and there will be an informal Q&A about the research and writing process. All are welcome! 

Books being celebrated include: 

  • The Chronicles of Two West African Kingdoms: The Tārīkh Ibn Al-Mukhtār of the Songhay Empire and the Tārīkh Al-Fattāsh of the Caliphate of Ḥamdallāhi by Mauro Nobili, Zachary V. Wright, H. Ali Diakité
