In this month's Critical Cybernetics Research Cluster, Lou Turner (DURP) unearths the dark material history of the cybernetics revolution in the new scramble for Africa to extract the “strategic minerals” for the green economic and cyber revolutions; the demands the cybernetics revolution ascribes to the Black mind; and the late-20th century event horizon of the cyber revolution in the means of capitalist production.
