Territorial conflicts mark the social and legal history of Brazil. Disputes over land, housing and production, and protection of the environment, the Brazilian Constitution devoted special attention to such rights, highlighting the foundations, principles and objectives that give meaning not only to decisions but also to the legal means and instruments for obtaining equal access to justice.
