Join us on Wed. Nov 2, at noon as Essam Elkorghi provides a historic narrative of the 2011 events that straddled local politics with wider geopolitical dynamics in Libya, which led to the US-NATO intervention. This will be followed by an analysis highlighting the current implications of such regime change on Libya's circumscribed role in Africa and its replacement by new forces of imperialism.
