"Influence of the microenvironment on the genome architecture of prostate cancer"

Research
Rebeca is conducting research in the department of Biochemistry & Cellular and Molecular Biology, Rachel McCord Lab. The McCord lab is dedicated to understanding 3D genome organization and its interplay with physical world of the cell. Her current research explores how these reactive tissue microenvironments inform the 3D genome structure in the progression of prostate cancer. https://3dgenome.utk.edu/
