This will be a member guided group that will focus on giving a safe and supportive environment for students to discuss their experiences of having a disability as a college student. We will also explore applicable topics such as coping strategies, self-advocacy, self-care, and stigma.

Often times ADHD-like symptoms have an impact beyond executive functioning. They can affect our emotions, relationships, and self-esteem. The purpose of this group is come and meet peers facing similar obstacles and receive support.
