These sessions will allow us to discuss research in progress. Papers will be circulated in advance; the maximum paper length is 35 pages. Presenters will give remarks about research/paper (15-20 minutes each). Discussion to follow after each paper presentation.

Conéctate is a program designed for Latinx students to experience the campus life that awaits them at Illinois. This year, Conéctate will be held virtually on Wednesday, August 12th and Thursday, August 13, 2020.

In lieu of the annual Matsuri Festival, Japan House will be hosting an all-day streaming event called GANBARU! Day of Giving on Sat, Aug. 29 from 9am to 9pm. Performances from past participants will be featured, as well as 5 different tea ceremonies. Watch for LIVE updates on the fundraising efforts, video montages, and more. Participants will be randomly drawn for prizes
