Home Pages will guide participants through the creation of attractive and functionally designed Home Pages that are intuitive for students. Participants will be provided with best practices for creating banners and buttons, using tables, inserting images and exploring other features.

This hands-on, introductory workshop will prepare you with the basic skills needed to start building your first course in Canvas. We'll cover Canvas communication tools, course organization, and creating assignments and quizzes.

Learn the methods of using Turnitin, a plagiarism-detection tool, in Canvas. In addition to its ability to detect plagiarism, Turnitin can be a great teaching tool, and this workshop will discuss some of its benefits, too.
