This training focuses on practices for building relationships with children, promoting relationships between children, relationships with families that affirm family culture and identity, and relationships with team members.

    This presentation highlights the importance of fostering strong parent-provider relationships, particularly in a child care setting. Participants will be able to assess the benefits of family engagement and learn about each member's role. Participants will also learn best practices to strengthen partnerships between providers and caregivers.
