The celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the College of Medicine Rockford continues with the February Fun Committee event. For this event, we are going to do a door and/or cubicle decorating contest for Valentine's Day. Participants should incorporate a "50" theme. It could be 50 hearts, the number 50, etc.

The UICOMR Chapter of the Student National Medical Association will host a screening of "Black Men in White Coats," a documentary about how systemic barriers prevent Black men from being able to enter into the medical profession and how that affects society as a whole.

Research Day highlights research conducted at the UIC Health Sciences Campus-Rockford, as well as affiliated and regional institutions. Literature reviews and program implementation projects without outcome data are not permitted. All researchers will need to be available on Judging Night, Thursday, April 7, 2022, and on Research Day, Friday, April 8, 2022.
