The Cancer Research Symposium aims to unite researchers across the Illinois campus interested in research addressing aspects of the cancer care continuum.

All Illinois researchers are invited to attend a lecture and reception with Dr. Annette Fenner, Chief Editor of Nature Reviews Urology, on Tuesday, May 2, at 3 p.m. Attendees will have an opportunity to connect and learn first-hand how to write and position their research to maximize the chances of having it published.

Two graduate students will present their research at the final Beckman Graduate Student Seminar of the spring 2023 semester: Megan Finnegan, psychology; and Pei-Hsuan Hsieh, bioengineering. The event takes place Wednesday, May 3 at noon in 1005 Beckman Institute and on Zoom. Register in advance to attend in person or on Zoom.

Julian Cooper and Chai Saengow, Beckman Institute Postdoctoral Fellows, will speak at the Beckman Institute's Director's Seminar at noon Thursday, May 4. The seminar will be a hybrid event held immediately after the Town Hall in Beckman, room 1005 and via zoom. Please indicate whether you will attend virtually or in person.
