Rhenium, a valuable rare element used in catalysts and superalloys, is difficult to recover in micromolar concentrations. In this study, we elucidate the impact of electrochemical deposition conditions on PVF coating as measured by capacitance, rhenium uptake, and longevity.

Part 2 of this 2-Part webinar series will discuss a case study involving damage to a 40 mil linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) geomembrane (GM) installed in a below ground impoundment at a natural gas well site. Numerous defects were found in the LLDPE GM. This webinar will present the results of the investigation and the most likely cause(s) of the GM damage.
