Join us Sunday, January 17 at 4pm as we present our first Japan House Shares for 2021, featuring Sumi Demae with Lindsey Stirek, Assistant Director of Academic Programming (Professor Emeritus Shozo Sato). Lindsey will be performing a shozumi demonstration followed by a simple usucha honoring Professor Emeritus Kimiko Gunji.

Dorothea Sudibyo, who works in the Office of International Programs at the College of Education, will be making pisang goreng, Indonesian banana fritters, for us. The recipe will be shared with all attendees after the event so that all of you can make it at home as well!
