This virtual equity academy will focus on supporting the role of faculty members to advance equity-conscious change in their classrooms and at their institutions. Dr. Deborah A. Santiago will provide the keynote address. Sessions will serve to advance collaborative work to close racial equity gaps in Illinois community colleges.
