Description: In this workshop, participants will identify the benefits of using a rubric (with an emphasis placed on analytic rubrics). Participants will then create a rubric that determines "the best type of pizza". Finally, participants will plan how to incorporate rubrics into their teaching.

This two-part series offers tips on what you can do to increase your confidence as a teacher. Part 2 will focus on public speaking skills such as posture, movement, and responding to students' questions. For this workshop you will also present a 1-2 minute lesson in order to practice your newly learned skills.

Extend your InDesign skills even further by learning to use InDesign's more advanced features effectively. We'll work more deeply with styles. You'll use clipping paths to reveal only part of an image, create type outlines, and create Bezier paths. We'll also import layered files, merge data into documents and create a book with table of contents and references.

This 6-hour course introduces the basics of Adobe Lightroom. Participants will work on the organization and management of photos, learning the Lightroom environment, managing images and workflow, reviewing images, sorting and organizing images as well as managing an image catalog.

In this 3-hour course learn how to create and work with Access forms. Create a new form using the form wizard and explore layout and design view. Add and modify form controls including a calculated control and lookup control. Learn about control properties, form properties and setting tab order. Create a subform and learn about switchboard and navigation forms.

Lightroom Level 2 is the second course in Lightroom, utilizing the Develop module, to concentrate on making image corrections in a non-destructive manner. Topics include: Develop module basics, Image adjustment basics, working with color, fixing common image problems like straightening and cropping, as well as more advanced topics like creating snapshots and panoramas.

In this 2-hour workshop, participants will access, organize, and share creative assets for use in your Adobe desktop and mobile apps. We will practice using Adobe’s CC Libraries in applications as well as using the Web interface to load frequently used assets, such as logos, wordmarks and colors. We will explore sharing and collaborating with colleagues.
