    These drop-in workshops are open to all Illinois students. Each workshop will start with a guided visualization and visual arts prompt. Then, a series of reflective questions will be provided to to allow you to reflect on your experience. Any emotional reflection will not be shared with the group, as this space is not confidential.

    Many of us feel stressed, overwhelmed, and uncertain. One of the best ways to process these emotions is through meditation. Beginning June 8, we'll be offering online daily guided activities to help you master mindfulness!

Many people are having strong reactions to our current situation. RIO, which is led by Counseling Center clinicians, uses mindfulness techniques to help manage emotions.
