This calendar includes social, cultural, educational, and informational programs, workshops, and events designed to foster intercultural learning and global understanding. All opportunities are open to the campus community. However, some opportunities are specifically designed for international students, international scholars, and study abroad participants.

  • Native American House and ISSS Pow Wow Trip to Chicago

    Join the Native American House and International Student and Scholar Services in this trip to Chicago focused on learning more about and honoring Native American traditions and communities. We will visit the Gichigamiin Indigenous Nations Museum, attend the Traditional Spring Pow Wow at Northwestern University, and enjoy free time at Chicago's Chinatown.

  • ISSSTRAINS: Moroccan Names Training

    Join us for a special Names Training focused on Moroccan names! This interactive session will explore the diverse linguistic and cultural influences that shape Moroccan names, including Arabic and French traditions. You’ll gain insight into name structures, pronunciation tips, and cultural context.

  • Coffee Across Cultures - End of the Semester Stress Relief

    Take a well-deserved break as we head into finals at Coffee Across Cultures! This month’s theme is all about stress relief and self-care as we wrap up the semester. Join us for relaxing crafts, cozy conversations, and a calming space to recharge with free coffee, tea, and pastries. This event is free and open to all.
