Join the Data Science User Group on Friday, December 2 from 12:00 - 1:00 PM. The aim of the user group is to build a community of interest around data science to foster learning, collaboration, and networking. The group will serve both students and professionals to bridge the gap between the analytical sciences and practical applications of industry.

Dr. Selvin will discuss various techniques used to study neurons, and separately, molecular motors. He will also show that MINFLUX, another technique recently acquired by UIUC, can get nanometer resolution on neurons and has the potential for millisecond resolution with molecular motors.

Multicellular engineered living systems (MCELS) cross-campus seminar series are a student-led effort involving UIUC, MIT and Georgia Tech. The aim is to share the knowledge between the campuses to create a closer working environment and encourage collaborations.
