The Imprint program focuses on competencies necessary for displaying leadership during times of personal and professional transition. Students develop skills in managing themselves during times of change; and learn how to develop, and maintain, the personal and professional networks necessary to sustain success in any environment.

The Inclusion program focuses on concepts such as equity, equality, diversity, inclusion, and privilege. Students who participate will recognize the values of others, and identify differing social identities in relation to leadership.

On Wednesdays during the fall and spring semesters, the ILC offers a workshop series open to all Illinois students. Students can participate in any of the workshops whenever the workshop is being offered. Please click on the event title to see the workshop description.

For students interested in joining the Leadership Certificate Program or enrolled participants who may need a refresher about the program requirements. Please note, students must have building access and provide documentation to participate in the session.

Students who participate can expect to develop approaches to leading change initiatives, learn about systems thinking, and coalition building.

The Cohort Kickoff is an engaging event designed to bring together the participants in each cohort and introduce them to their Cohort Leads. This event is invitation only – new students to the program will receive an email with more details about this event once their Personal Development Plan has been approved.
