This workshop is structured to provide participants an opportunity to design their Leadership Certificate journey. Participants who attend this workshop will reflect on their personal definition of leadership, identify leadership competencies to focus on, and learn how to create their Personal Development Plan (PDP). Participants must register to attend this workshop.
Personal Development Plan (PDP)-The PDP serves as the foundation of the program and must be submitted for participants to be considered active. It consists of three main components: your personal definition of leadership, objectives to develop four leadership competencies, and a completion timeline.
