All participants of the Leadership Certificate Program are assigned to a small group of program participants for their first active semester in the program. Each cohort is led by a peer mentor who has knowledge of the Leadership Certificate Program and is invested in helping students complete the program.

This workshop is structured to provide participants an opportunity to design their Leadership Certificate journey. Participants who attend this workshop will reflect on their personal definition of leadership, identify leadership competencies to focus on, and learn how to create their Personal Development Plan (PDP). Participants must register to attend this workshop.
