Etiquette is more about treating others (and ourselves) with respect than it is about a list of rules. Yet, we expose our own weaknesses when we fail to use proper etiquette. This session includes nuggets of wisdom interspersed with humorous true stories. Rather than merely a long list of rules to memorize, the use of good etiquette can be a true game changer!
