The working group will convene to workshop contributions for a proposed volume on the cultural reception of Darwin, studying the impact of Darwinism upon the broader intellectual life of Russia beyond scientific circles. These sessions will allow us to discuss research in progress. Papers will be circulated in advance; the maximum paper length is 35 pages. Presenters will give remarks about research/paper (15-20 minutes each). Discussion to follow after each paper presentation.
