    We will reflect on the material we have learned over the previous sessions, and leverage it to build an inclusive research team that gets the best out of everybody. These sessions have helped us develop some of the interpersonal skills needed to handle problematic encounters, carve out spaces for ourselves, and build more just systems on a small scale.
