Enjoy a dance performance at Krannert Art Museum! Anna Sapozhnikov’s evening-length "Good House Keep" is inspired by midcentury modern spaces throughout Champaign-Urbana, in conjunction with the Making Place for the Arts at Home: Performance and Midcentury Modern Architecture exhibition. Collaborators include fellow faculty members from the Department of Dance.

The Harm Reduction Peers and Counseling Center staff are partnering with the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District to provide supplies like Narcan and drug testing kits to the campus community. Find us at our rotating location, ask us about how to help in an emergency or refer a friend for services, and learn how to use these important tools.

RIO is a two-part program that teaches students techniques for recognizing and moving past situations that cause stress, frustration, and anxiety.

CAAP is an in-person, safe space where you can share your experiences, concerns, and questions about alcohol while learning strategies for low-risk drinking.

Core Courses: STAT100, CHEM101 & 102, ECON 102 & 103, MATH 220/221 All courses are welcome.

These peer-facilitated workshops focus on "Students Helping Students" by enhancing mental health, well-being, and success. Presented by Counseling Center Paraprofessionals.

Finals Survival Kit: Strategies to Ace the Stress

The last Thursday of each month between 5-9pm see how many strikes you can throw in the monthly STRIKE OFF! Top 3 placers will win prizes with the winner receiving a FREE commemorative t-shirt. Register at the Rec Room the day of the event. $5/entry (maximum of 3 entries per person). Dates: February 27; March 27; April 24; May 8 (Reading Day Strike Off)
