Room 3427
- Capacity: 30 people
- User: Faculty, Staff and Students
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m (after-hours access, contact Maria De La Paz)
- Room Purpose: Classroom, meeting and events
- Furniture: Moveable / flexible furniture & 3 whiteboards
- Technology/Equipment: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup with no built-in computer, optional wireless microphones, projector, wall-mounted PTZ camera, podium, video conferencing capabilities, and Echo360 lecture capture system.
- Important Reminders: Food allowed. When possible, please keep doors to room shut while class is in session as a courtesy to other building occupants.
How to Make a Reservation
- Scroll to the calendar below.
- Click the white plus sign (+) on the blue background (top right corner of the calendar).
- A window will appear showing available rooms.
- Select a room, click the link, and follow the detailed instructions in the reservation window. Note: If no end time is selected, the default reservation duration is one hour.
- Your request will be routed to a reservation manager for approval.
If you wish to delete or modify a reservation, please email Jim Rowan, jimrowan@uic.edu.
If you have been denied access to the reservation system and think you should have access, please complete the "Unit Security Contact" form through ETL.
If you need to reserve a conference phone, please contact a member of your department staff and they will reserve it for you. The conference phone and reservation book are kept in Room 3335.
