This 3-hour instructor-led webinar will provide helping professionals with an overview of the impacts of domestic violence on childhood development, including signs, symptoms, and behaviors, and include information about effects across the lifespan. We will introduce evidence-based interventions and therapeutic models that can be used to support and treat children and families exposed to violence. We will conclude by discussing the value of developing a natural support system, increasing protective factors, and building resiliency for children impacted by domestic violence.
