Trans and Gender-Diverse clients drastically need inclusive and equitable services, especially in Central and Southern IL. It can be nerve-wracking to reach out for therapy or other services and wonder if a clinician is competent and knowledgeable, not just accepting of an identity. This webinar will go over basic and some advanced trans terminology. Folx will learn how to implement equitable and inclusive practices for their clients, including smaller and more significant adjustments. Participants will be provided with tools and resources (virtually) to continue this work following the webinar.
