Eating Disorders are the second most fatal psychiatric disorder. Early detection and intervention are critical. With the rise of social media and increasing weight stigma in our society, eating disorders are prevalent in the adolescent population. This presentation will focus on identifying and treating eating disorders in the adolescent population. Participants will develop an understanding of risk factors, levels of acuity, and levels of care involved in eating disorder treatment.
