Therapist | Integrative Empowerment Group, Ann Arbor, MIThis program gives an overview of how race, racism, power and privilege affect supervision between White supervisors and White social work trainees. The program particularly focuses on the dynamics of White supervisory dyads, and how these in turn affect therapy with all clients. The program offers practical suggestions for addressing these dynamics in supervision with social work trainees.
