This workshop will explore the dynamics of sexual harassment and provide participants with tools to identify, intervene, and respond to sexual harassment when it occurs.

1. Identify at least 3 ways that sexual harassment can impact employees.
2. Recognize the “4 Ds” for bystander intervention.
3. Select supportive responses to survivors of sexual harassment.
