This 1.5 hr training provides an overview of LGBTQ+ terminology, a look at the role of pronouns and names in mental health and healthcare settings, a practice with neopronouns, and considerations for youth. Workshop outcomes are:
-Review LGBTQ+ terminology and definitions
-Consider the function and role of gender in our lives.
-Learn how to pronouns and neopronouns
-Practice using gender pronouns in common situations
