The Upside of Stress: How to Prevent Burnout and Effectively Manage Pandemic Stress

March 26, 2021
1:00-4:00pm CST
Zoom Webinar
3.0 CEU's - $25

2020 was a year like no other! Many of us experienced unprecedented levels of stress and were expected to manage life's responsibilities without missing a beat! Unfortunately, we cannot get rid of stress BUT we can learn how to work with ourselves (& our natural stress response) more effectively & efficiently.
In this workshop, you will learn the definition of stress, signs of burnout, learn the 3 types of burnout, and most importantly how to use self-agency & self-determination theory to change the way YOU relate to stress.
**If you have any questions and/or require any disability related accommodations to more fully participate in this online workshop, please email lindsay@mygoodthingz.com

Speaker: Gina Johnson, LCSW, founder of Goodthingz, an organization that socializes mental health through offering classes and workshops designed to create community.
