This hybrid symposium brings together researchers, clinicians, and advocates from the United States and Mexico to discuss how to best support the mental health and well-being of Latino/a/e immigrant communities.
By attending this symposium, participants will: Discuss how immigrant-related stressors impact the mental health and well-being of Latino/a/e immigrant communities. Learn about innovative efforts in the U.S. and Mexico to create community-based and culturally-informed interventions to address mental health disparities among the Latino/a/e immigrant community. Explore how to leverage community stakeholders and partners to empower and strengthen communities.
