Come to this student presentation by Ashli Drummond entitled "Venturing into the Unknown" about shaping perspectives on studying abroad in the African country of Senegal. She will be sharing her story about what it was like as an African-American student studying abroad for a semester. Ashli will also be discussing some misconceptions on studying in Africa, how the media portrays this region, and will be sharing her study abroad photos and student resources. Anyone is welcome to attend!
