Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning

What is engaged pedagogy? Can education be exciting? What can teachers do to work towards more inclusive classrooms? This interactive workshop will introduce some of the pedagogical interventions of bell hooks. Attendees will have a chance to reflect on their teaching priorities and explore ways to reshape learning environments and empower students.

This is a TA-to-TA workshop, designed for TAs and offered by one of CITL's Graduate Affiliates.

This workshop counts towards the Graduate Teacher Certificate or the Certificate in Foundations of Teaching.
