Game Studies and Design January Town Hall

Ring in the new year by joining us for our community building January Town Hall! We will share information about the new MS in Game Development, and showcase games we are working on and playing right now. We will also hear from New York Times bestselling writer, artist, creative director and all around professional maker-upper, Tim Seeley.

Tim Seeley has freelanced as a writer and artist for entertainment companies like Marvel Comics, Mattel, DC Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Dynamite Entertainment, Dreamworks Animation, Masimedia Film and many others.

As owner of Hack/Slash Inc, he has developed and published titles such as Hack/Slash and Revival through Image Comics, America's largest publisher of creator-owned properties. Hack/Slash is in development as a live action film by Relativity Media. A TV series based on Revival debuted to critical acclaim on SYFY Network in June, 2025.

He has guest lectured at the college and high school level in drawing, comic book history, and writing at Columbia College, The School of the Art Institute, and the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum. He currently teaches at Columbia College Chicago in the School of Visual Arts.
