Equity Inclusion Leadership Certificate Information Session

Applications are OPEN for the 2026–2027 Equity & Inclusion Leadership Certificate (EILC) program!

EILC is a year-long co-curricular program for Illinois undergraduate students who want to explore how identity, power, equity, inclusion, and justice shape our communities—and develop the skills to create positive change.

Through monthly cohort meetings, peer dialogue, mentorship, and a hands-on capstone project, you’ll have opportunities to:

💬 Engage in meaningful conversations across differences
🤝 Connect with a community of like-minded students
💡 Develop your own equity & inclusion project
🎓 Earn an official certificate and digital badge
