EILC is a year-long co-curricular program for Illinois undergraduate students who want to explore how identity, power, equity, inclusion, and justice shape our communities—and develop the skills to create positive change.Through monthly cohort meetings, peer dialogue, mentorship, and a hands-on capstone project, you’ll have opportunities to:
