Latoya Phillips
Latoya Phillips graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Masters in Training and Development in 2013. She started at Illinois at the University System Office and transitioned to the campus level working as a Training and Development Specialist at Student Affairs Illini Union and joined Employee Learning & Organizational Effectiveness as a Training and Development Specialist in 2023 . During her time at the University, she facilitated a variety of professional development training programs, which includes Travel Management Training, Illinois Orientation for New Employees, Everything DiSC, and more.
Sara Maxwell
Sara Maxwell graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (2009) and from the University of Illinois-Springfield with a Master of Public Health (2016). Sara is also a National Wellness Institute Certified Resiliency Facilitator and Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS). Sara joined the University of Illinois in September 2024 as an Assistant Director in Well-Being for Faculty/Staff Assistance and Well-Being Services supporting the alignment and success of Faculty and Staff wellness programs by embedding health into all aspects of campus culture.
