We're excited to continue our partnership with the Salvation Army of Southern Illinois and First Presbyterian Church of Marion to feed those in need through the Cultivating Care Donation Garden. Join us for a Community Planting Day on April 16 to learn how to plant a spring garden from seeds and transplants for produce that will support the Salvation Army Food Pantry.
No gardening experience is needed! Volunteers will meet at the garden behind the First Presbyterian Church in Marion at 11 a.m. To register, call the Williamson County Extension office at (618) 993-3304 or email Erica Lunde at eplunde@illinois.edu.
