Join us for a Mardi Gras celebration dinner on Tuesday, February 17! All dining hall dinner menus will include beignets and king cakes (caution: there's a baby inside!). The Gumbo Cook-Off will take place in the SDRP Lobby from 4:30 - 7 p.m. and all dining halls will compete. Taste them all and vote for your favorite!
