Guest Speaker: Dr. Luz Rodríguez
Assistant Professor of Rural and Regional Development, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Colombia

Dr. Rodríguez is an accomplished environmental economist whose research explores the intersection of gender and environmental peacebuilding in post-conflict rural Colombia. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Policy from Duke University and a master's in Environmental Economics and Natural Resources from Universidad de Los Andes. With extensive experience in collective action surrounding natural resources in Colombia and Mexico, her insights are invaluable to understanding the role of women in environmental advocacy.
