APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2026!

EILC is a year-long, co-curricular leadership program designed for undergraduate students who want to deepen their understanding of identity, equity, inclusion, justice, and civic responsibility while developing practical skills to lead and create positive change in their communities.

Throughout the year, students will participate in:

  • Monthly cohort meetings focused on topics such as identity, power and privilege, allyship, bystander intervention, cultural humility, and inclusive leadership
  • Peer dialogic circles that create space for meaningful conversation and connection
  • Mentorship and guidance from CCEJ staff
  • capstone project that allows students to apply their learning to promote equity and inclusion on campus
  • An official certificate and digital badge upon completion

This program is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about making a difference, interested in developing their leadership skills, or looking for a community where they can learn and engage across differences. No prior experience is required, and there is no cost to participate.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could share this opportunity with students, you think might be a good fit. We also invite you to forward this email to your students, colleagues, and networks.

Applications are open through Friday, September 11, 2026 and the program will start on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
