Sustainability Month Open House

Explore campus sustainability resources at a Sustainability Open House on Oct. 16 to help commemorate Sustainability Month! It's a chance to learn about environmental research, programs that help campus operate more sustainably, services available to students, and opportunities for employees to make their offices "greener." 

The event includes two panel discussions and a resource fair that will run throughout the event, with tabling by relevant campus units and student organizations. Light refreshments will be served.

Event schedule:

11 to 11:30 a.m. — "How Our Campus is Working to Become More Sustainable"

Panel discussion on campus sustainability initiatives that span energy, green spaces, and waste. Moderated by Miriam Keep, Sustainability Programs Coordinator, Institute for Sustainability, Energy, and Environment (iSEE)

Panel discussion on educational programs, academic research projects, and courses that integrate experiential learning related to sustainability. Moderated by Jennifer Fraterrigo, Associate Director for Campus Sustainability, Institute for Sustainability, Energy, and Environment (iSEE)
