Have you tried the traditional Chinese summer treat - mung bean cakes? What about lentils in a Cheesecake Bar, Brookie or Blueberry Muffin? Our chefs from Dining Services are here to share their experiences of lentil-based desserts, and you get to have some hands-on experiments as well. Lunch provided, open to all.
