Join us on Tuesday, July 14 from noon to 1 p.m. for the Power Skills Series: Interviewing Like a Pro with Charlotte Voznyuk, Director of Design and Marketing for the Office of the Provost and a faculty member who teaches Digital Portfolios at the University of Illinois. All Research Park events are free; however, registration is required at least 24 hours in advance for this popular event to ensure that we have adequate seating and food for all participants.
Charlotte Voznyuk leads design and marketing for the Office of the Provost and its subunits. She develops and executes strategy for all print and digital design and marketing needs across the offices. She is deeply passionate about mentorship and continuous learning, both in her professional work and as an adjunct instructor with the Charles H. Sandage Department of Advertising. She also works as a design and marketing consultant through her business, Rose Marketing & Design.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to confidently present their experience, tell compelling stories about their work, and approach interviews as authentic conversations rather than performances. Charlotte will share practical strategies for every stage of the process: from preparing before the interview, to communicating effectively during it, to following up afterward to leave a lasting impression.
If you have any questions, please contact Bryan Goode at bdgoode@illinois.edu.
