The 2026 OCCRL Equity Academy at Heartland Community College will feature keynote speaker Nicole S. Soulier, director of college access and experience programs at Madison College in Wisconsin.

- Registration is limited to the first 100 people due to space limitations.
- In accordance with the Illinois Sex Offender Registration Act (730 ILCS 150), Heartland Community College requires all Registered Sex Offenders (RSOs) to request permission from the Dean of Student Success at (309) 268‑8249 at least two (2) weeks prior to attending any class, seminar, event, or activity on campus, and any RSO who arrives without prior approval will be required to leave immediately and remain off campus until permission is granted.
