College of Media students are invited to two wellness events led by Dr. Becky Cook, DIA sport psychologist for the Illinois women's basketball team since 2023. On Wednesday, Nov. 12, Cook will discuss "Power of the Mind: Getting the most from our brains." On Wednesday, Nov. 19, Cook will lead a talk titled, "Self-Care and Avoiding Burnout."
